Vaginismus and Dilators. What to do When Your Man is Well Endowed
Dilators for vaginismus
Any dilator set has graduated dilators from small to large. In the Pure Romance set most partners indicate that their erection 
is between the Pink #5 and Blue #6 of 6 total dilators. We now use glass dilators which are shorter, but have the same width as the colored dilators. This makes it easier to walk around and makes sleeping with them easier. They can be ordered through Dr. Pacik’s office 1 800 640 2090.
Either way when DH (Dear Husband) is larger than Mr. Big Blue (or the largest dilator in the set), it is likely that intercourse will still be painful because of inadequate stretch of the vaginal muscles. What to do?
Simply, the vagina needs more stretch to be comfortable. Because of the muscular tissues and elastic fibers within the vagina, it can actually be stretched quite widely, but of course this needs be done gradually.
Larger dilators for well endowed
There are a number of devices that are larger than the usual large dilators that come in a set.

Mr. SoReal
One such possibility is Mr. SoReal in a size larger than the blue dilator. I don’t trust the rubber (made in China) so please cover this with a condom when using. Use lots of lube and pre-dilate with pink about 15 minutes, then blue about 15 minutes, then advance to Mr. SoReal and leave this in place for about one hour prior to intercourse. Everyone is different, so one needs to determine the proper amount of time for dilation. It is always appropriate to use these dildoes and dilators as “toys” to help remove the mechanical and clinical nature of dilation and to help make the experience more erotic. Mr. SoReal comes in many sizes, so you will need to try to determine the correct size needed. This dildo has a similar appearance to an erect penis, so this too is helpful working with the “real thing”.

Clone a Willy
Another possibility is Clone a Willy or something similar. In this way you can make a cast of his erect penis and use this as a dilator.

Glass dilators
Our glass dilators have become popular, and these too can be ordered in any size, since they are custom made anyway. By taking the measurements of the erect penis, an appropriately sized glass dilator can be made.
Once a comfort level is achieved and maintained, one can consider backing down to 1-2 sizes smaller to avoid overstretch. Overstretch of the vagina causes the male to lose the important friction needed for ejaculation. All of this is a slow process and it takes some experimentation to get it just right.
